About the Journal
Karsa Tani: Journal of Agricultural Socio-Economics is an international, open-access, and peer-reviewed journal published biannually in April and November by the Department of Agribusiness Management, Politeknik Negeri Jember, Indonesia.
The name Karsa Tani derives from two Indonesian words: Karsa, meaning will, intention, or determination; and Tani, meaning agriculture or farming. Together, Karsa Tani reflects a deep commitment and collective spirit to advance agricultural development through scholarly inquiry and socio-economic innovation.
This journal provides a platform for the dissemination of high-quality research and analytical studies focusing on the socio-economic and policy dimensions of agriculture and rural transformation. It accepts original research articles, literature reviews, and case studies that cover a wide range of topics such as:
